Outdoor living areas as well as paver patios, drainage and retaining walls has been on top of the list of landscaping and hardscape projects that our clients want done.

After interviewing several landscape companies in the Vancouver, WA area for a large project in our new back yard, we chose to work with Wood’s Custom Landscaping. Others were either not up to the job or pushed their own design. After interviewing several landscape companies in the Vancouver, WA area for a large project in our new back yard, we chose to work with Woody’s Custom Landscaping. Others were either not up to the job or pushed their own design. Woody not only saw our vision, but was able to contribute several enhancements. With a compound sloping yard, Woody was able to install three beautiful retaining walls with steps descending to patios on each level. Pathways were constructed of slabs of irregular stone which added artful but rustic beauty. He gave us sound advice on the selection of trees and plants requiring low maintenance, picked them up from the nursery and planted them. He is a graduate Landscape Designer and his entire crew on this project were craftsmen of he highest order. Special thanks to Darren, John, Luis, Kris, Crecencio, Ryan and Santos. We recently completed a major re-landscaping project with Woody’s Custom Landscaping and are very pleased with the results. It was a complicated, large project with demolition and removal of everything existing in a quarter acre space. We recently completed a major re-landscaping project with Woody’s Custom Landscaping and are very pleased with the results. It was a complicated, large project with demolition and removal of everything existing in a quarter acre space, recontouring the ground, installation of patios, deck, water feature, small pergola, gravel and flagstone pathways, lawns, deep planter beds and drip and sprinkler irrigation. Then we planted hundreds of plants and trees (sometimes more than once when I realized I had put them in the wrong place!) We went with Woody mid-spring after wasting a lot of time with another landscaper who just could not ever get started, and finally we were out of time if we wanted our new back yard for the summer. It was a huge amount of work to do in a relatively short time. Woody’s guys rock and roll! He has a large crew and the equipment and resources to do the job you need, and he got it done for us in the needed time frame. Best of all, every single one of his crew were wonderful to work with and to have around. They were great, and the results are spectacular. We are glad we found Woody.
